The system is open to everyone. Anyone can use our system regardless of sending/storing 1 or unlimited packages per month.
In such circumstances, your products return to our warehouse. However, your shipping and service fee will not refund.
Yes, but we do not accept any responsibility and we can not provide any documentation.
Yes, you can withdraw your products whenever you desire.
We aim to give feedback to all requests within 24 hours, but please allow 1-2 business days for the response. Our support team is primarily based in the UTC -8 and is available during standard business hours. We have a weekend staff to answer basic queries too.
